We are changing our phone number

As part of our ongoing efforts to improve our services and make it easier for you to connect with us, our GP practice will be changing its phone number.

What You Need to Know:

Starting from 21st November 2024, you will need to contact us using our new phone number: 01524 238150. This change ensures that we continue to provide the best care possible, with minimal disruption to you. Rest assured, all other services, including appointment bookings, prescription requests, and general inquiries, remain unchanged.

Why Are We Changing?

We’re always looking for ways to improve the way we serve our patients, and updating our phone system is a key part of that effort. By moving to this new number, we aim to enhance communication and make it even easier for you to get in touch with our team.

What Do You Need to Do?

Please update your contact records with our new phone number. From 21st November 2024, you will need to use 01524 238150 for all phone inquiries and appointment bookings.

• Save 01524 238150 in your phone contacts.
• Share the update with family members or caretakers who may call on your behalf.
• Continue using Patchs, our online contact service, as usual.
