Changes to the way you order and collect repeat prescriptions

From Friday 12th July 2019 you will no longer be able to order your repeat medication on the prescription telephone line. When prescriptions are requested over the phone, mistakes are more likely due to either confusion with drug name pronunciation, or errors made when interpreting the verbal request.  Further information can be found in the Spring Newsletter.

New Patient Registration

If you live within our practice area you are welcome to register with us and our reception staff will be happy to guide you through the procedure.

You will be allocated to a GP that works at a site nearest to your home address unless you have a particular need that makes this inconvenient.  Please speak to the Reception staff about this.

You will need to complete a Registration Form (GMS1) and a Medical Questionnaire which will provide useful information whilst we wait for your medical records to arrive from your previous doctor.

Medical treatment is available from the date of registration. Please contact reception for further information.

Guide to GP Services

The Royal College of General Practitioners has produced a useful guide for patients about the services on offer at GP Surgeries and how to access them.  You can download the guide below.
